4 WEEKS PROGRAM

Hands-on training workshop that trains you on how to act for Film and Television.

COURSE CONTENT

Students are taught how to successfully understand, internalize and relate to a piece:

Students are introduced to basic approaches to acting that will strengthen their ability to play a dramatic piece naturally, honestly and believable.

Classes include exercises in improvisation, scene breakdowns and monologues.

Students are asked to delve deep to explore physical and emotional awareness in preparation to deliver a dramatic piece that takes them far beyond their comfort zones.

Students examine awareness techniques using voice, senses, and relaxation. Honing their ability to properly analyze a scene by understanding motivation, character identity and action.

COURSE OUTCOME

At the end of the workshop, students have a clear understanding on how to successfully interpret a body of work using dialogue and movement.
