Creativity

Management and Leadership
Being a director means you are the creative lead of the film –the person responsible for the film’s biggest decisions. Since you’ll need to work with and coordinate everyone on set, including the producers, camera operators, actors, and crew members to create a masterpiece, it is important to lead and communicate well while inspiring the crew members to bring your creative vision of the story to life. For example, Spielberg who has directed about thirty-two movies worked with over a thousand staff on the set of one of the highest-grossing movies in history, Avatar. People attribute Spielberg’s acclaimed success in the industry to his cooperative abilities and exceptional leadership skills.
Education
It is true that experience is well valued in this field. that you need lots of work experience through trial and error to become a competent director.
